When we look at all that is happening in the world today, it can sometimes be hard to believe that it will get any better. In this world, it will not. But Jesus gives us words of encouragement throughout His Word. Such as, ” Let not your hearts be troubled, In My Father’s house are many mansions….I go to prepare a place for you. John 14:1-2.” Also, Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9b
We have a choice to make; we can either let all that is happening in the world discourage us, anguish us, fill our hearts with fear; or we can look to the God of all power and comfort. Read and study His Word and believe what it says.
If you have never met this wonderful loving God, you can do that right now. Confess your sins to Him and ask Him to forgive you. In 1 John 1:9 it encourages us that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. He loves you unconditionally and He is just waiting for the invitation to be Lord and Savior of your life. Don’t waste another moment in despair. Do it now. It’s the Best Decision you’ll ever make.
